Jenny Sinclair

Raised on a dairy farm, Jenny enjoyed the freedom and adventure of rural life, experiences that shaped her values and career path. Originally trained as a teacher, she transitioned into a successful dairy farming career alongside her husband, where they embraced the opportunities and progression the industry offered.

Highlights included success in the New Zealand Dairy Industry Awards, followed by roles on NZDIA committees and in judging. Jenny also contributed to the sector’s sustainability efforts through five years of involvement with the Dairy Environment Leaders programme.

With a unique blend of educational expertise and hands-on farming experience, Jenny has been supporting the development of dairy farmers since she began tutoring for Dairy Training in 2002. She now leads the team as Operations Manager, continuing her mission to empower others to succeed in the dairy industry.
